10. Other unforeseen circumstances or when the administrator deems it necessary to suspend the use of the service.
11. When a member violates these Terms and Conditions.

Prohibitions

1. Scheduled date of use, scheduled time, scheduled number of persons, use by other than scheduled persons.
2. Detention or occupancy after scheduled use.
3. Minors only.
4. Acts that cause disgust or annoyance to others, including neighbors.
5. Smoking is not permitted inside the facility or along the edges of the facility. If you wish to smoke outside the facility, please use your own cigarette butt receptacle and cooperate in preventing fires caused by negligence of fire extinguishers and the pollution of surrounding streets caused by cigarette butts scattered about.
6. Taking out equipment, fixtures, etc. of this facility.
7. No graffiti or any other activity that intentionally defaces the interior or exterior of the facility is allowed.
8. Please be aware that any unauthorized public display of photographs taken in our facilities for business purposes may be subject to legal action.
9. The use, flight, or filming of small unmanned aircraft operated by individuals is not permitted in the facility without the permission of the facility.

precautions

1. The facility may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons, other natural disasters, calamities or incidents. In this case, the reservation will not be subject to cancellation. All fees paid will be fully refunded.
2. All items in the trash will be disposed of. All food and beverages will be disposed of as abandoned.
3. Lost and found items will be kept for one month and then disposed of. Lost and found items that are clearly damaged will be deemed to have been abandoned and will be disposed of. Please note that we will send the lost and found items to the designated address and send them by post with cash on delivery.
4. In the event of damage, defacement, or loss of the facility's buildings, equipment, beauty items, or other items, you will be required to compensate us for the equivalent amount.

Facility Liability and Disclaimer

1. In the event that a guest is damaged due to the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements, this company will compensate for the damage. However, this shall not apply if the damage is not caused by reasons attributable to us.
2. The facility is covered by Ryokan Liability Insurance in case of fire or other emergency.
3. If the facility is unable to provide this facility to the guest, the facility will, with the consent of the guest, mediate other accommodations with the same conditions as far as possible.
4. If, notwithstanding the above provisions, this facility is unable to mediate with another accommodation facility, it will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the amount of the penalty, which will be applied to the amount of compensation for damages. However, if there is no reason attributable to this facility for not being able to provide the accommodation, no compensation fee will be paid.
