対応手順
1 まず落ち着いてください
- 深呼吸をして、慌てずに状況を確認してください
- 周囲に一緒にいる方がいれば、助けを求めてください
2 救急車を呼ぶ場合
- 日本では 119 に電話すると救急車が呼べます
- 「救急車をお願いします」と伝える

- 症状の簡単な説明 (例:「指から出血が止まりません」)
※ 救急隊が病院への搬送を手配しますので、病院へ事前に連絡する必要はありません
3 タクシーで病院へ行く場合
- 緊急度が低い場合はタクシーで病院へ行くことも可能です
- その際は事前に病院へ連絡しておくと受け入れがスムーズです
4 応急処置の基本
- 出血している場合: 傷口をしっかり押さえ、手を心臓より高く保つ
- 気分が悪い場合: 横になり、できるだけ安静にする
- 周囲に人がいれば、助けを呼んでもらう
5 ペット同伴のお客様へ
- 病院へはペットを連れて行けません
- 緊急の場合は、わんちゃんをケージなどに入れて、お留守番をさせてください
- 昼間であれば、スタッフが駆けつけられる場合もありますので、まずはご連絡ください

Emergency Steps
1 Stay Calm
- Take a deep breath and check the situation without panic
- Ask for help from people around you if possible
2 Calling an Ambulance
- In Japan, dial 119 to call an ambulance
- Say “Ambulance, please” (Kyukyusha onegaishimasu)

- Brief description of symptoms (e.g., “My finger is bleeding and it does not stop”)
※ The ambulance team will arrange the hospital transfer, so you do not need to call the hospital yourself
3 Going by Taxi
- If the situation is less urgent, you may go to the hospital by taxi
- In that case, calling the hospital in advance may help for smoother admission
4 Basic First Aid
- For bleeding: Press firmly on the wound and keep your hand raised above heart level
- If feeling unwell: Lie down and stay as calm as possible
- Ask someone nearby to call for help if needed
5 For Guests with Pets
- Pets cannot be taken to the hospital
- In case of emergency, please place your dog in a crate or safe space and let them wait at VACANCES.izukogen
- During daytime, staff may be able to come and support, so please contact us first
